Featuring 21 inches of beautiful cultured freshwater pearls with your choice of sterling silver or 14k gold filled hook on one end and a unique large baroque pearl on the other end, this necklace was made to help you stand out from day to night! 

Wear the place the hook anywhere you like along the strand of pearls to create variety in the length and shape of the necklace.

Diana’s favorite ways to wear Medicha are with the hook placed closer to the neck to make a lariat where the baroque pearl hangs down the back or to approaching décolletage to the front - perfect for those times when you are wanting to feel like your sexiest self!
